Explicit Consent Text for Patient Contact Form under Law No. 6698 on the Protection of Personal Data (“KVKK”)

In accordance with Law No. 6698 (KVKK), personal data and special categories of personal data cannot be processed or shared with third parties in Turkey or abroad without the explicit consent of the data subject, except in cases stipulated by law. Information defined as special categories of personal data under the law includes race, ethnic origin, political opinion, belief, religion and sect, clothing, association/foundation/union membership, health data, sexual life, criminal convictions, security measures, biometric, and genetic data.

Withdrawal of Consent

You may withdraw your explicit consent at any time by submitting a written request to our company headquarters. However, please note that withdrawal of consent will only have future effects. In cases where our company does not have other legal grounds to process your data, your data will no longer be processed following the withdrawal of your consent.
